JAC Wins an Order for 200 Electric Light Trucks
www.chinatrucks.com: On May 19, 2017, Anhui Yuanfeng New Energy Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd placed an order for 200 JAC electric light trucks. The signing ceremony was held in Ruixin 4S Store and the first 50 units were delivered successfully.
With 15 years of work on electric vehicle technology, JAC has mastered the core technology for electric vehicle, especially the thermal management technology of battery and security management technology. JAC Shuailing i series electric light truck is a good example to show JAC’s innovation and breakthrough in the new energy field.
The electric light trucks delivered this time include i3, i5 and i6 with a load capacity varying from 0.5t to 3t and offer up to 160km of range. These variants are developed with many latest technologies, such as remote monitoring system, braking energy recycle and smart energy management. The i3 is the latest update of Shuailing X, catering to urban logistics and transportation. It has a maximum output of 68hp and range of 180km. While i5 is equipped with 4 lithium iron phosphate battery packs, with a maximum power output of 150hp and 180km driving range. Besides, it uses light-weighted container and the volume reaches 15.67m3, meeting up the demand for inter-city transportation. As for i6, it is usually used for transporting cargos weighing between 0.5t-1.5t because it features a body dimension of 11m3and offers up to 160km range when operating in typical conditions.
