Yuchai Exports Over 5,000 Units Engine in May
www.chinatrucks.com: Since the launch of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, Yuchai has been achieving eye-catching performance in overseas market with continuous export orders. By far, the export volume totals over 5,200 units in May, the first time to break through 5,000 in single month in the past 6 years.
Seen from the product structure, the export order mainly focuses on engines for trucks and buses. Vietnam market is the main contributor for truck engines due to its emission upgrade policy. The bus engines are mainly distributed in several countries and starts mass sales in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, especially in the pilgrimage vehicle market in Saudi Arabia. Next, Yuchai will take advantage of the opportunities brought by the “Belt and Road” to further improve arrangement in overseas market and speed up its internationalization.
