Dongfeng KX 520hp Launching
www.chinatrucks.com: On July 1, 2017, Dongfeng KX with state-Ⅴ Dongfeng Cummins 520hp engine was launched. This new Dongfeng KX 520 has been given updates in 4 major aspects of customers’ concerns: power, lightweight, security and comfortability. After upgrades, the new Dongfeng KX become even more efficient and gain other premium features like high reliability, high security and high comfortability. It will be another highly competitive tractor launched by Dongfeng after the Dongfeng Kinglan Qihang Version on June 1, 2017.
It is learned that Dongfeng KX 520 works with ISZ520 to produce 520hp and more than 2,460Nm of torque. It ensures its customers the best security and quality, at the same time, is extremely light-weight by applying Alcoa wheel, light-weighted under protection, light saddle and aluminum materials. With respect to chassis, it uses split balanced suspension which improves the smoothness of chassis and stability of operation. Regarding comfortability, with damping seats and commander-type armrest installed, it will provide passengers and drivers with a more comfortable experience as high-end imported models.
Firstly, the most important feature of Tianlong Flagship 520 is lower fuel consumption at higher speed. With the ISZ13L engine to which adjustment has been made by VOLVO senior experts, it enables to produce stronger power and higher speed. Its cab has extreme low drag coefficient and better fuel economy. Second, high reliability. The introduction of international state-of-the-art design team and advanced management and conduction of a large amount of tests and advanced processing methods jointly contribute to Dongfeng KX highly reliable quality. It offers a travelling range of over 300,000km per year. Third, high security. It meets up the strictest Sweden WFS. The design of collision absorbing capability makes the driving cab completely fortified so as to make sure the driving safety. Last but not least, comfortability. The super large driving space, humanized design, passenger car driving experience and easy and flexible steering make both driving and seating more fun and redefine the comfortability of trucks.
In addition to the basic version, Dongfeng KX also has a mountain edition and north edition to satisfy demands in different areas. The mountain edition has cross-axle diff locks while the north edition has double fuel tanks and heating function in parking mode.
