"Internet +" Boosts innovation, XCMG Establishes Ecommerce Company
Recently the Inaugural Conference & 1st Shareholders' Meeting of XCMG E-Commerce Inc. has been held in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. The company will play a significant role in exploring "internet +" for XCMG and speeding up the transformation and upgrading of international trade.
Zhai Kun, Deputy General Manager of XCMG E-Commerce Inc. presided over the conference. Liu Jiansen, shareholder representative, Assistant President of XCMG and Chairman of XCMG E-Commerce Inc., attended the conference and delivered a speech. At the conference, shareholders deliberated over the articles of incorporation and reached an agreement. Meanwhile, in accordance with the articles of incorporation, they elected directors and supervisors, and established the first board of directors and supervisors.
The establishment of XCMG E-Commerce Inc. is an important move to accomplish the transformation, upgrading and business success of XCMG proposed by Chairman Wang Min, as well as an important strategic decision of XCMG to respond to the national "internet +" action plan and accurately grasp the opportunity from internet economy development. XCMG E-Commerce Inc., complementary to XCMG's traditional overseas channels, will explore after-market business forms including overseas used cars, spare parts and rental service.
"XCMG E-Commerce Inc. will integrate domestic and foreign resources through internet, and establish sustained advantage in global industrial competition, to speed up the transformation and upgrading of XCMG's international trade," said Liu.
"The new company should have new thinking and new look, and achieve new results in exploring the 'internet +' model for XCMG," said Zhai.
With the goal of building a world-renowned third-party mechanical and electrical product e-commerce trade and foreign trade service platform focusing on construction machinery products, XCMG E-Commerce Inc. will provide e-commerce support and services to upstream and downstream enterprises, as well as overseas enterprises and individual buyers, thus making new contributions to XCMG's transformation and upgrading.
