XCMG Sold 3,856 Units Heavy-duty Trucks in Q1
Recently, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (XCMG) released a report, showing that it sold 1,631 units heavy-duty trucks in March this year, up by 35% year on year. In the first quarter, the company’s sales volume of heavy-duty trucks reached 3,856 units, up by 37% year on year.
In 2017, XCMG Hanfeng G9, G7 and G5 heavy-duty trucks all saw marked increase in their market share. For the whole year, XCMG sold 7,500 units heavy-duty trucks, up by 40.5% year on year. Its sales volume of self-dumping vehicles reached 2,917 units, up by 234.5% year on year; its sales volume of concrete mixing vehicles stood at 1,200 units, ranking the seventh place in the industry; its sales volume of truck cranes registered at 800 units, ranking the third place in the industry; its sales volume of cargo trucks totaled 439 units, up by 190.7% year on year.
