Foton to Release Five New Vehicle Models at Auto China 2018
Auto China 2018 is scheduled to open on April 25. Sources have already confirmed that Foton will put its five new vehicle models on display, namely its light commercial vehicle Toano powered by gasoline, Ollin truck for logistic service, Loxa mixer, Loxa pump vehicle equipped with EST chassis and 25X5 crane truck. All these new vehicles will fully showcase Foton’s strengths and competitiveness in light-duty commercial vehicles and engineering vehicles.
During Auto China 2018, Foton will display its products in three different exhibition areas, namely Foton & JD Intelligent Logistic Service Exhibition Area, Green Urban Life Exhibition Area and Foton Tech Center. Visitors can gain a hand-on experience with Foton vehicles in six different spots. Through VR technologies, customers are to be amazed by the high level of intelligence of Foton vehicles.
At Foton & JD Intelligent Logistic Service Exhibition Area, Auman EST-A 2.0, Aumark S5 2.0 and Aumark electric truck will give visitors a rare opportunity to experience modern intelligent logistic service with the participation of robots, mechanical arms, driver-less vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles. In addition, super truck 2.0+ super power assembly will give customers a first-hand experience with state-of-art technologies.
At Green Urban Life Exhibition Area, the focus is on the six new energy vehicles, including Loxa & Auman trucks for transporting construction wastes, Ollin electric vehicles for urban logistic services, Toano electric vehicles for green travel services, Foton AUV fuel cell buses for green public transportation, and BROCK green urban cleaning vehicles.
At Foton Tech Center, visitors can take a closer look at Foton’s latest technologies and have opportunities to experience the simulated driving of its super trucks.
It has also been revealed that during the exhibition, Foton will sign an agreement for strategic cooperation with China’s leading online retailer JD. In addition, it will launch Foton Student Public Welfare Program. (www.chinatrucks.com)
