SAIC Motor Yuejin Internet-connected New Energy Light Truck Makes its Debut
On June 27, SAIC Motor officially released its Yuejin internet-connected new energy light truck E100 in Shanghai.
Achieving an unparalleled energy efficiency, Yuejin E100 is equipped with a number of state-of-art technologies, including advanced temperature control system, special navigational system, intelligent safety devices, automatic recommendations for after-sales service stations, intelligent operation data analysis, automatic driving assistance, etc.
In addition, the batteries of Yuejin E100 are guaranteed for one million kilometer smooth operation. With an unparalleled torque and competitive loading capacity, the truck delivers impressive performances on slopes.
According to SAIC Motor, Yuejin E100 can drive 50 km continuously after being recharged for just five minutes. Equipped with batteries made by CATL, the truck boasts a maximum torque of 1,200 N.m. Also worth mentioning is its electrical control system, which is fully compliant with ASIL B certificate.
Yuejin E100 is also equipped with EV intelligent energy management system, which further improves the vehicle’s overall energy efficiency by 3%-5%. Its intelligent braking power recycling system provided by WABCO achieves a braking power recycling rate of 20%-30%.
Apart from Yuejin E100, SAIC Motor also rolled out special chassis, E300 cargo truck, E300-PLUS special chassis, E50 chassis for small trucks, and E500 special chassis, all of which are targeted at logistic market, frozen food transportation market, etc. (www.chinatrucks.com)
