JAC Shuailing's Total Sales Volume Reaches 350,000 Units
Since its official debut in 2004, Shuailing, a high-end light-duty truck made by JAC, has sold 350,000 units, making its way to 130 countries across the world. Currently, the vehicle’s accumulated sales volume ranks among the top three in the high-end light-duty truck market.
In addition, the accumulated export volume of Shuailing has exceeded 175,000 units, accounting for 50% of its total sales volume.
For the past three years, Shuailing’s annual sales volume exceeded 30,000 units. In 2017 in particular, its sales volume broke the 40,000 units threshold.
Currently, Shuailing has set up 15 factories abroad, helping the brand make a smooth transition from exporting products to exporting advanced technologies and brand.
Having obtained quality certificate from General Armaments Department of People’s Liberation Army, EU ECE.R29 driver’s cockpit resilience certificate, EU WVTA certificate, Australian ADR certificate, Shuailing has also successfully gone through a host of stringent tests in a number of extremely harsh working conditions, including Kuwait where temperature reaches as high as 50 degrees, Siberia where temperature drops to as low as minus 40 degrees, and the coastal areas in Siri Lanka with high humidity and high salinity.
Currently, Shuailing has already established a solid reputation among a number of customers. For example, Want-want Group boasts 6,000 units Shuailing trucks in operation. Coca Cola, SF Express, ZTO Express, YTO Express, STO Express, CNEX, ANE Logistics, and Shengfeng Logistics all have a large number of Shuailing trucks in operation.
From January to May this year, Shuailing’s sales volume approached 20,000 units, accounting for 24.43% of JAC’s overall sales volume of light-duty trucks. According to JAC, just in the first five months of this year, Shuailing’s sales volume accounted for 44% of its annual target sales volume, 44,000 units. (www.chinatrucks.com)
