The 1st sales training successfully hold by Shaanxi Automobile
To enhance the combat ability of business sales, Shaanxi automobile sales company hold the first sales training practices on November 13th to November 14th.
Zhi Baojing, manager of sales company and Zhou Xiangqiang, Human Resources Minister communicate with more than 20 sales from different parts.
The training includes "marketing officer career planning," "high-performance team management", "sales management" "financial risk control", "Regional Marketing Report", "regional marketing strategy, market development," "Change different roles in the sales and skills upgrade” and so on. At the same time, they analyses real issues as an example to the students and got very good effect.
Mr.Zhi Baojing concluded that new salesperson was assigned to different area as fresh blood in recent years. They should maintain a positive state of the work and improve the quality of business. On the other hand, in order to provide better services with customers, the broadest view is needed. Salesperson also should learn how to find problem and work them out.
