Regulations
After friend negotiation, Party A and Party B reach an agreement on the matter of Party A becomes a VIP reader of www. Chinatrucks.com and enjoy the report & information service supplied by Party A. Detail of the Agreement is as follows:
During contract time, Party A and Party B cooperate according to following items
Party A agrees to pay for the information and report supplied by Party B. Party A should protect information & report copyright reserved by Party B when using the information and report.
Once received payment voucher from Party A, Party B should send user’s name and password to Party A by registered email; Change of password should be informed through email.
Party A agrees to obey relevant rules, internet service agreements, provisions, procedures and conventions.
Information on the web including fee based information and free information makes up the service content.

Party A pays Party B as service fee
1.Way of Payment: Party A remit the service fee through bank or post office to the appointed account of Party B.
2.Payment method: Cash is the best way
Breach Articles
1.The two Parties should take cooperation and mutual benefit as tenet. Once there is any disputes arises that is related terms not mentioned above, the two Parties should solve the problem through friendly negotiation. The Party breaches the agreement should compensate the other Party for its economic loss. The compensation should be within the volume agreed in this contract.
2.If friendly negotiation fails to solve the disputes, the disputes could be appealed to local court where Party B locates for arbitration.
Contract Enforcement articles
1.Contract will come into force once the two Parties have signed and sealed on the contract
2.The contract will be in two copies, each Party holds one. Copy and fax of the contract will have same legal effectiveness.
