Heavy truck sales volume of Foton is creating a new high in April
(chinatrucks.com, April 14, 2010) Market share of Foton heavy truck in the first quarter is 10.0%, which increased 1.7% same time last year and it’s mainly benefited from the growing sales trend of tractor.
It is predicted by Foton that the ultimate sales is to get 14,000 to 15,000 in April. Statistics disclosed by annual report of Foton show that average sales price of heavy truck is growing year by year, which come from power upgrade and chassis overall configuration improvement, besides price variation of raw material.
Foton also has very excellent cost transfer ability and price fixing ability. As for purchase system management, Foton could direct purchase price by establishing raw material price model. Heavy truck production material property and excellent marketing research ability enable sales price competitive and cost pressure resisted.
Foton heavy truck always aims at marketing and market managements. It is reflected at channel management as direction and control of franchiser, which rapidly reduce the management cost of vehicles exceeding the time limits (referred as the vehicles stay at store room over three months).
