Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Delivers 400 Cargo Trucks to Express Companies
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor delivers 400 cargo trucks to two express companies—Yuantong and Huitong with each 200 units, marking the Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor entering the express industry.
Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor has begun to product cargo trucks since half a century ago. Why it chooses to enter the express industry at this time? Director of Medium Duty Truck Department Mo Yihui explains that it’s a good timing to enter this industry because express companies need new trucks to update their current fleets in order to meet the requirement of China 4 emission standard implemented in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu.
The reason Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor wins two orders from the two leading express companies largely depends on its unique advantages.

On one hand, Dongfeng Liuzhou completes all necessary procedures in a very short time under the premise of ensuring products complying with China 4 standard, which is a dominant advantage for express companies in urgent need of updating products. On the other hand, products are all improved and quality is widely recognized. The cargo trucks are all allocated with Cummins engines with good fuel saving performance. The major components are all improved with their performance leading ahead of others. The product is rather reliable and effective, meeting demands of express companies on transportation efficiency.

In addition to product quality, service is becoming an increasingly important factors concerned most by users. The after-sales service has been widely accepted and praised by users. In light of express and haulage, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor takes a one-to-one service mode. Each express company is in the charge of an exclusive person so as to solve problems timely. Besides, after a certain mile range, a door-to-door maintenance will be made by the after-sales staff, saving users’ time and costs to a large extend.
Director Mo also says that top level exchange meetings with customers are conducted very often so as to learn their demands. Inside the company, discussion meetings are held to learn staff’s suggestions and ideas.
In near future, it is believed Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor will reach more strategic cooperation with more Chinese logistic companies.
