Broadcom Shares Combines for Shacman to Be Listed
www.chinatrucks.com: Broadcom Shares stops trading on Sept.2 and the company will combine 100% of Shacman Auto Group which is a subsidy of Shaanxi Auto Holding Company.
And this is the second time for Broadcom Shares stopping trading and trying to combine with Shaanxi Auto. Last year in August, Broadcom Shares reveals their plan to combining with Shaanxi Auto Group and they are going to purchase 100% shares of Shaanxi Auto Holding Company and the assets estimates are 3.08 billion Yuan at that time.
And the emergent stopping listing of the company can be contributed to their adjustment to Shaanxi Auto Holding Company but they cannot convening general meeting of stockholders within six months within the revealing of the A major asset replacement and the purchase of assets through issuing shares and associated business plans.
