High Fuel Economy Help FAW Jiefang Sell 95 Units Trucks in Shijiazhuang
www.chinatrucks.com: On November 15, FAW Jiefang Fuel Economy Challenge & Customer Group Purchase Activity was held in Shijiazhuang. Wang Lei from Shijiazhuang Bingfeng Refrigerating Logistics Co., Ltd. drove his FAW Jiefang truck which only consumed 14.5 liter fuel for 100 km. Amazed by such a high fuel economy, customers showed keen interest in the vehicle and 95 units were ordered by them on the same day.
FAW Jiefang J6L truck is equipped with the new 4/6 liter Deutz engine which has won universal recognition for its fuel efficiency. With a lighter body weight and an electronically controlled monomer pump built inside, the truck’s each cylinder is corresponding to one pump. Thus, the truck can be easily maintained and repaired. In addition, its CA6T series transmission gearbox are especially designed by Jiefang for the medium-sized truck and boasts large torque and helps the truck further cut its overall weight. Furthermore, the 378 single-stage braking rear axle tailor-made for medium-sized trucks makes the vehicle easily maneuverable. The truck’s optimized driver’s cockpit with low wind resistance has a lighter chassis. Such a scientific and systematic fuel-saving method has pushed the fuel efficiency of the truck to the highest level.
