Foton Forland Annual Sales Volume Reaches 220,000 Units
According to Foton Forland, its annual sales volume in 2019 reached 22,000 units, up by 16.7% year on year. In addition, its market share has increased to 2.3%.
More specifically, it sold 75,000 units trucks, up by 15.4% year on year; in the meantime, its market share in the truck market went up by 1.2% year on year. It sold 110,000 units mini-trucks, up by 36.4% year on year; in the meantime, its market share in the mini-truck market increased by 3.2% year on year. It sold 35,000 units engineering vehicles and its market share in the market moved upward by 3.2% year on year.
In 2019, Foton Forland rolled out TM, M3, M4 and New Navigation series vehicle products. The sales volume of these new products reached 116,000 units, accounting for 53.3% of its total annual sales.
In 2020, Foton Forland aims to increase its annual sales volume to 265,000 units. In the next three years, it will continue to work hard to increase its market share to 20% in both light truck and mini truck market and its market share to 30% in the engineering vehicle market with an annual sales volume of 50,000 units.
