100 Units SAIC Hongyan Heavy-duty Trucks to Arrive in Vietnam for Operation
On December 18, 100 units intelligent heavy-duty trucks manufactured by SAIC Iveco Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as SAIC Hongyan) officially embarked on their journey to Vietnam from Chongzuo, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
In recent years, SAIC Hongyan heavy-duty trucks have been gaining a fast growing popularity among customers in Vietnam. Unlike the previous deliveries to Vietname, all the 100 units heavy-duty trucks to arrive in Vietnam are connected with 5G network, which enables truck operators to monitor their vehicles’ location, tire pressure, fuel consumption and other key operation data in real time.
At China-ASEAN Fruits Trade Forum held in 2019, SAIC Hongyan signed a deal with ASEAN to jointly build cross-border logistic management platform. SAIC Hongyan refrigerating trucks were chosen as the designated vehicles for the trade of fruits between China and ASEAN countries.
