(chinatrucks.com, April 27, 2010) Mini vehicle program launch ceremony of Chery Auto Henan Co., Ltd is hold in Kaifeng new area on April 25, 2010. Chery Auto mini vehicles have established base in Kaifeng, and it has broken the record that Kaifeng has no CV manufacturer.
Fixed assets investment of the program is 177,300,000 euros with taken area 2500 square meters. Production base with annual 200,000 mini vehicles, 80,000 light trucks, and engineering machinery as well as agriculture machinery shall be established.
Chery will also produce light trucks at Kaifeng base besides mini vehicle production.
