Commercial vehicle demands in 2010 to be largely increased
(chinatrucks.com, Jan 19, 2011) It is disclosed by China Auto Industry Society that production volumes of national commercial vehicles from Jan to Nov in 2010 are 3,948,200 and sales volumes are 3,946,200, and it will respectively increased 28.96% and 31.44% by same time.
Sales volumes increase rate of heavy truck market will reach around 10% in 2011 based on the above factors. Light truck market will continue to keep stable increase and medium truck market will go between. The market share of medium truck will be enlarged as well and increase rate will be around 10%.
Heavy and medium truck market has gone through the high speed increase at the second half of 2009 and in 2010. There is great pressure for sales target in 2011. Top end light truck will take more proportions at light truck market in 2010. Large light truck and engineering machinery vehicles in 2011 will increase largely. Furthermore, judging from policy orientation, China will put more resources to bridge the gap between eastern part development and western part development. The construction and investment will shift to western part and the truck enterprises shall pay attention to the change.
