GM America Flint plant announces to enlarge the plant
(chinatrucks.com, Jan 26, 2011) Sales volumes of Ford pickup in 2010 are 528,349, which has increased 27.7% by same time. GM pickup sales volumes are 499,929, which has increased 16.7% by same time. Ford and GM have taken American pickup market shares with 39% and 37%.
In terms of the increase sales volumes, GM decides to enlarge Flint plant. Sales volumes of GM Silverado in 2010 are 370,135, and it has increased 19% by same time. Sales volumes of Sierra are 129,794, and it has increased 16% by same time.
GM announces that it will invest 380 million Euros in 24 plants of Canada since July in 2009.
