Date:2012-10-30 Author:Daniel Source:www.chinatrucks.com
www.chinatrucks.com: CNHTC (000951) has released its earnings report of the third quarter, 2012. The company achieved 22.39 million Yuan net profit in the first three quarters of 2012, fell by 94.15% on a year-on-year basis. The operating income reached 14.93 billion Yuan with a year-on-year 27.99% decline.
CNHTC lost 16.90 million Yuan in the third quarter, with an operating income of 4.34 billion Yuan, a drop by 6.52% on a year-on-year basis.
As the company said, influenced by the national macroscopic control and the slowing down of the heavy truck market, the year-on-year decline in sales led to the drop in profit. The profit in the same period last year was 362 million Yuan and it is estimated that 181 million Yuan will be earned in 2012.
