FAW Jiefang Ranked First: China Heavy Trucks Sales Ranking Released

www.chinatrucks.com: According to the statistics of CAAM, the sales of domestic heavy trucks (including LFN and semi-trailer) in 2016 are 732,919 units, up by 33.08% year on year. Among them, the sales of FAW, Dongfeng, SINOTRUK and SHACMAN four manufacturers has exceeded 100,000 units, the top ten totally delivered 706,593 units, taking 96.41% of the total sales. In terms of the increase margin, the top ten manufacturers have all achieved growth, of which FAW and SAIC-IVECO Hongyan increase by over 70%, and Chengdu Dayun has exceeded more than 50%.
In December, the sales of domestic heavy truck (including LFN and semi-trailer) are 75,316 units, up by 54.14% year on year. Nine of the top ten manufacturers achieved growth, only FAW Jiefang who ranked the first in the segment market declined by 4.70% in December. The ranking detail as follow:
