Sinotruk Launches Equal-stiffness Lightweight Dumpers
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently Sinotruk Mianyang Special Vehicle Company released equal-stiffness lightweight dumpers to meet changing market needs and trends.
Mianyang Special Vehicle Company absorbs the advantages of lightweight dumpers in China and adopts sensitivity analysis method and radial basis function (RBF) approximation model to realize lightweight by meeting the needs for rigidity and modal performance. And they analyze the dumper van for freedom modal analysis, and the dumper van is composed of stamped plates with same thickness and linked and welded with bolts, and they use new materials and technology to design and produce the new dumpers.
High strength-ness alloy steel is used for replacement of ordinary carbon steel to improve the strength-ness and reduce the weights. The strength-ness of the vehicle can be improved for one time with the equal stiffness materials and craftsmanships so that the truck can meet special needs in some special conditions.
