FOTON Shines at 2024 China Automotive Brand Overseas (Chile) Touring exhibition
On 1 March, the 2024 China Automotive Brand Overseas (Chile) Touring exhibition is officially opened in Santiago, Chile. The exhibition, organized by the CCPIT's Automotive Sub-Council, took place successively in Santiago, Valdemar and Concepción from 1 to 14 April. It aims to expand the global reach of Chinese automotive brands and help them to further develop locally and increase their market share. Fifteen Chinese automotive companies, including Foton, participated in the event.

Foton brought its MILER light commercial vehicle and TUNLAND pickup truck to the show and held a test drive for many customers in the transport industry, drawing much attention of the news media.
MILER, as a lightweight mini truck, is suitable for high-end urban logistics transport, including delivery, moving, building materials, food and cold chain, aiming to provide users with high-quality, high-efficient and flexible urban transport solutions.
With a minimum turning radius of 5.1m and a height of 2.065m, the MILER is flexible and easy to use. The powertrain is mated with a ZF gearbox for quick acceleration and smooth gearshift. Its cab meets the requirements of ECE-R29, the world's most stringent commercial vehicle cab regulation. It also features hydraulically padded seats, a 9-inch multimedia screen and a reversing camera, redefining safety and comfort for mini trucks.
Supported by Foton's Super Power Chain platform, TUNLAND G7 collects the world's leading technological resources to help users explore the unlimited potential of life and off-road.
The TUNLAND G7 is equipped with a ZF 8AT/6MT gearbox and can deliver up to 120kw of power and 390Nm of torque. It is also equipped with BorgWarner 4WD system for precise handling. With the widest body in its class, large interior space, ergonomic seats, 10.25 inch HD floating centre screen, its interior noise is as low as 47dB and offer you a comfort driving. In addition, this vehicle adopts high-strength steel body and lightweight design, and is equipped with six airbags, pre-tensioned seat belts, Bosch ESP + ABS, LCA, BSD and other safety features to ensure users’ safety.
Chile is one of the most important countries in South America, with one of the most developed economies and a competitive market.
