GWM’s Global Pickup Sales Up 32.41% YOY in January 2024 to 15,000 Units
In January, Great Wall Motor sold 15466 units of pickup trucks globally, up 32.41% year on year. Among them, 11,736 units were sold domestically, a year-on-year increase of 50.69%, and 3,730 units were sold overseas.
Global sales of POER pickup trucks have reached 10,282 units in January, with 41 months of sales exceeding 10,000 units, making it the top-selling pickup truck in China.
Up to now, Great Wall pickup trucks have dominated the first position in pickup segment for 26 consecutive years, with cumulative sales exceeding 2.53 million units worldwide.
In January, Great Wall Motor was awarded the Best Automotive Brand of 2023 by Autocosmos, an authoritative media in Chile. Great Wall entered Chile 16 years ago, now it has been highly recognized and accepted by customers for their high quality and service. Particularly, the Great Wall POER has been awarded the "Best New Pickup of the Year" award just a month after it was launched in Chile.
GWM will step up its global expansion and aims to enter the top three in the global market in 2024.
