Affected by the high oil price and government regulations, customers are loaded with high vehicle-using costs. So, Forland came up with new products that consume less oil, which could on one hand save costs for customers, on the other hand, meet government regulations.
The car bodis of the new products are bigger, which could contain more goods. The beams and steel plates are also stronger. The gas tank is bigger. The space for driver is bigger. Other parts of the car are also better than old products, such as gearbox, fan and etc. Saving money is earning money.
Forland is in possession of the biggest call center in the industry. Upon receiving calls from customers, the call center will be in charge of all the problems customers met. And they promise to solve all problems within 24 hours. Also, the center works 24/7 with GPS system, so, they could easily determine the location of the customer that met with a problem.
