Recently, Guangzhou Hongtai JAC GALLOP A Series Sales Store holds a New Year press release on which the first A series trucks are delivered. Like K series, A series have rich product lines, covering tractors, cargo vans and engineering vehicles, etc. 

 

What are the highlights of GALLOP A series?

 

GALLOP A series heavy truck equips internationally first-class power assembly with high reliability and long service span. According to different transportation needs, the engine has an option between Weichai or Yuchai engine. The multi-wedge belt tensioner improves transmission efficiency and lowers down belt replacement frequency. The transmission is a super high-speed transmission which has little power transmission but high efficiency. Intelligent clutch fan reduces the loss of power while maintaining an ideal water temperature, saving as much as 5-7% fuel. Low rev with high torque as well as low gear-ratio rear axle contributes to the obvious fuel saving efficiency by reducing rev from 1800 to 1500, avoiding the high fuel consumption zone. 

 

Enhanced light weight brings reliance and further operation

GALLOP A series uses a brand new chassis which is pressed to the shape in one time. Its highly intensive steel sheet is strong and reliable. The thickened driving cab is safer and more satisfactory. By using aluminum parts, its weight is largely reduced thus the transportation efficiency is enhanced. The water cooled compressor can reduce fuel emission. Enhanced flywheel shell, vent pipe, and rust-proof gas tank further lower down defaults. The diameter of power steering hose is enlarged, improving the convenience of steering. 

 

Optimized driving experience makes it more comfortable

 

The suspension system is completely optimized: 1450mm front spring, optimal back support, two-level damping lowering down over 50% of NVH. The transmission shaft uses noise reduction materials which lower down vibration from transmission while reducing the loss of energy. With the help of engine protection cover, the noise is further reduced. Three-level panel, over 2-meter interior height, near 1-meter two-layer sleeping berth, backrest support and independent headrest in driver and co-driver seats, and free and large space ease the fatigue in long distance journey. The IC within reachable sight and ergonomic gear shift make operation more convenient and comfortable.
