Two National IV engines of Quanchai are facing the public
(chinatrucks.com, June 22, 2010) Two National IV engines of Quanchai, 4B1 and 4B2 are successfully facing the public recently, and it represents the innovation ability of Quanchai has been elevated to a new stage.
It is learned by reporter that 4B1 and 4B2 engines are developed by Quanchai and int’l famous technology company. It has adopted high pressure common rail system, and EGR, as well as off gas disposal system, and they are mainly applied for light truck, pickup and SUV supply.
After performance adjustment test and emission standard certification, 4B1 has got break through at first. Economy, power parameter and others are all reached design requirements. And it has successfully reached National IV emission standard, and it will be equipped with the completely vehicles.
High pressure common rail system is one of the most advanced technologies of diesel manufacturing. Quaichai has introduced and accumulated rich experience from int’l cooperation and new technology introduction by successful launch and development of high pressure common rail diesel. It has promoted the further perfection of R&D system, and meanwhile, the overall quality of R&D team shall be elevated obviously.
