Dongfeng Liuqi Focuses on After-sales Service in 2011
www.chinatrucks.com: As many as 55,000 Dongfeng Liuqi trucks were sold out in 2010, and their sales target in 2011 are 80,000 units. Dongfeng Liuqi released their “Sunshine Service” facing the growth target of 45% more trucks to be sold this year. And one of their core strategies is to develop after-sales service stations as in pace with sales stations.
Our journalist was told by head of Hebei Qian’an Balong service station, more than one hundred Dongfeng Liuqi trucks have been sold last year. He said that it is rather important to detail after-sales services. Apart from Dongfeng Liuzhou Motors’ policies and timely after-sales services, he required staffs to answer customers’ calls in five minutes.
In South China, nearly 1,600 Dongfeng Liuzhou Motors were sold out in Fujian Province. Mr. Chen, head of Fujian Wanshida Serivce Station, said that they can only win the competition by refining services and differentiation, in this case, they established four-24-hour service, and they also take tough measures to solve customers’ problems timely. And these efforts can undoubtedly improve Dongfeng Liuzhou Motors images.
