Production & Sales Data of China Cargoes in Jan. 2013
www.chinatrucks.com: In Jan. 2013, the production and sales volumes of China domestic cargos (Incomplete vehicles and semi-tractors included) were 298,867 units and 266,606 units respectively. The sequential growth rate of production volumes was 1.15 percent, but the sales decreased by 9.90 percent. Their year-on-year growth rates were 38.31 percent and 35.48 percent respectively.
Heavy Cargos
In Jan., the production and sales volumes of China domestic heavy cargos (Incomplete vehicles and semi-tractors included) were 54,425 units and 43,012 units respectively, up 13.74 percent and 13.19 percent respectively over Jan. 2012. From sales volume, the top five heavy cargo makers were Dongfeng Motor (9,411 units), Sinotruck (8,756 units), Foton (5,782 units), FAW (5,117 units) and Shaanxi Auto (4,618 units). The total market share of the top five cargo makers were 78.31 percent.
Medium Cargos
In Jan., the production and sales volumes of China domestic medium cargos (Incomplete vehicles and semi-tractors included) were 25,146 units and 22,476 units respectively, up 36.36 percent and 46.169 percent respectively over Jan. 2012. From sales volume, the top five cargo makers were Dongfeng Motor (6,844 units), FAW (2,669 units), Chongqing Lifan Auto (2,550 units), Sichuan Nanjun Auto (2,331 units) and Sinotruck (1,870 units). The total market share of the top five cargo makers were 72.36 percent.
Light Cargos
In Jan., the production and sales volumes of China domestic light cargos (Incomplete vehicles and semi-tractors included) were 163,426 units and 150,212 units respectively, up 47.08 percent and 43.46 percent respectively over Jan. 2012. From sales volume, the top five cargo makers were Foton (28,956 units), JAC (16,788 units), Great Wall Auto (12,366 units), Jinbei Auto (11,486 units) and Dongfeng Motor (11,116 units). The total market share of the top five cargo makers were 53.73 percent.
Micro Cargos
In Jan., the production and sales volumes of China domestic micro cargos (Incomplete vehicles and semi-tractors included) were 55,870 units and 50,906 units respectively, up 44.45 percent and 31.55 percent respectively over Jan. 2012. From sales volume, the top five cargo makers were SGMW (16,280 units), Foton (10,088 units), Chongqing Changan Auto (8,651 units), Dongfeng Motor (8,074 units) and Shandong Kama Auto (2,349 units). The total market share of the top five cargo makers were 89.27 percent.
