Foton BROCK Redefines Urban Sanitary Management
On April 25, Auto China 2018, themed with “Defining Auto Life”, officially kicked off at China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. Having grown into one of the top vehicle exhibitions in the world, this year’s event has attracted an unprecedented number of exhibitors and visitors.
At the exhibition, Foton Brock 8T road sweeper made its debut. According to Foton, the vehicle has made technological breakthroughs in several areas. First, its sweeping speed is up by 60% to 25km/h. Second, its sweeping width reaches 5.1 meters, 1.6 meters more than that of its counterparts. Third, it can work continuously for 80 minutes thanks to its high-pressure cleaning technologies. Fourth, its airflow rate can reach 1,8000 cubic meters per hour, up by 20%. Thanks to all these improvements, the road sweeper is an ideal choice for cleaning expressways, urban ring roads and arterial roads.
In December, 2016, Foton acquired Brock Kehrtechnik GmbH, a well-known sanitation equipment manufacturer in Germany. Not long after, Foton Brock Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established. At this year’s exhibition, Foton Brock 8T road sweeper is a new masterpiece of Foton Brock Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd.
Currently, Foton Brock Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd. boasts two production bases. One is located in Changsha, China while the other is based in Witten, Germany. (www.chinatrucks.com)
