CNHTC and SINOMASH signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement
(chinatrucks.com, Oct. 27, 2009)On October 21, CNHTC and China National Machinery Industry Corporation signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Jinan. The two sides announced the establishment of a long-term stable strategic cooperation agreement and the cooperation mechanism for development based on information sharing and market sharing.
Ma Chunji, chairman of CNHTC, first introduced the Chinese heavy truck market development situation in recent years and their strategic cooperation with Geman MAN.
He said that as China's rapid economic development, Chinese enterprises will widely go aboard and have more and more opportunity to take participate in international competition The strategic cooperation among the enterprises has become an new strategic thinking and management style to enhanced international competitiveness of enterprises.
