ZF procures German Hosel casting plant
(chinatrucks.com, Nov 24, 2010) German Auto Parts Supplier, ZF has announced recently that it will procure Honsel casting plant. At the moment, the two companies have reached the agreement, however, the procurement price is still a secret.
German Honsel Company is mainly conducting and manufacturing light metal (Aluminum, Magnesium) parts to apply on auto engine, transmission, overhang, and vehicle body. At the moment, more than 90% sales revenue of the casting plant are coming from ZF, and there is a great demands for casting of ZF.
It is predicted by Honsel that the sales revenue of casting plant will reach around 61,100,000 dollars during 2010 to 2011 period.
