Sales of Foton down in June

www.chinatrucks.com: According to sales reports by Foton, 38,800 vehicles were produced, down 14.1% over 2010 and down 22% over May; 51,000 vehicles were sold, down 5.85% over 2010 and down 10% over May.

332,300 vehicles were produced in the first half year, down 7.7%, and 358,000 units were sold out, down 3.5% over last year. And it is worth to mention that sales of Foton heavy and medium trucks are always stable.

And 5,902 and 9,189 medium and heavy trucks were produced and sold in June, down 37% and 1.5%. And production and sales volumes in the first half year increased by 9.5% and 1.7%.
