SHACMAN Delivers New M3000 Products to Kenya Customer
SHACMAN Kenya office successfully held the delivery ceremony of new M3000 products in Nairobi (capital of Kenya) with local distributor. A total of 17 new M3000 lightweight dump trucks were delivered to local customers.
After several years of development in Kenya, the new M3000 dump truck has great competitiveness through benchmarking with TATA and referring to the local regulations. At present, the weight of box has been below 10.5T, with the high-quality service, it has successfully won the trust of many customers.
At the delivery ceremony, the customers highly praised the products of SHACMAN, and the team of SHACMAN Kenya explained the product performance, operation and the handle of typical problems as well as the product configuration, technical characteristics, quality assurance policy, parts guarantee. Finally, they invited customers to visit the local assembly plant, up-body plant and parts warehouse.
In the future, SHACMAN Kenya team will make great efforts to ensure the after-sales service of customers and improve the performance of products to best adapt to the local market in return to customers.
