XCMG Wins Bid for High-end Sets of Equipment for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge
Recently, XCMG has successfully won 14 high-end complete sets of equipment of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Management Bureau with its advanced technology, excellent product quality and perfect after-sales service. The products involved in the successful bidding covered 6 sets of FZS100ADK3 lorry anti-collision buffer trucks, 2 sets of GKZ18A folding-arm aerial vehicles, 2 sets of QZF15C wreckers, 1 SQ16ZK4Q folding-arm truck-mounted crane of XCMG Truck-Mounted, 2 sets of SLH8ADG6 sweeper trucks of XCMG Environment Technology and 1 LW2000K loader of XCMG Earth Moving.
On the morning of March 15, all products related were placed neatly on the square. Accompanied by Lu Chuan, president of XCMG Machinery and and Sun Xiaojun, general manager of XCMG Truck-Mounted , Zhang Jinwen, director of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Management Bureau checked all the 14 sets respectively, receiving high praise and recognition from customers. This is also the first cooperation between the two sides, marking the strong alliance between China's wisdom-making and China's creation, which has laid a solid foundation for the two sides' in-depth cooperation in future.
With the total length of 55km, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, taking 14 years for preparation and construction, has successfully met the condition for traffic for the main part of the project. In view of the unique status of the Bridge and its characteristics shared by many world-class major projects, the tender has attracted many leading domestic enterprises of large-scale professional engineering projects. With the advancement of the bridge construction, XCMG Truck-Mounted took the lead in contacting with the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Management Bureau to acquire the actual needs of the owners, and was invited to form a professional technical R&D team to conduct on-site inspections concerning the special maintenance methods of the Bridge.
