Weichai and MAN to further extend cooperation scope
(chinatrucks.com, Nov 17, 2010) Weichai power group and German MAN diesel engine SE company have met each other on Nov 2nd, 2010, and both parties have friendly talked each other for the further cooperation development.
In recent years, Weichai group has kept highly development speed. The sales revenue of engine has taken nearly 50% of the sales revenue of 13 billion Euros of Weichai group in 2010. Weichai power is earning the highest benefits in China stock market. It takes only one and half years for big machine plant from establishment to trial production, which is a quite successful program for both parties.
Weichai power and MAN discuss the further cooperation
Xuguang Tan, the president of Weichai power quotes “ Weichai Power and MAN are old friends for a long time, and both parties have kept great cooperation relationships in recent years. It is hoped that both parties will extend cooperation scope and create new development mode based on the successful cooperation experiences of Weichai and MAN.” It is to realize the localization of top end diesel engine and will reach the win-win situation.
The both parties are to strengthen business communication during the development of both parties. It shall integrate the advantages of Weichai and MAN, and the market competition shall be improved by market exploration and technology exchange. The brand value will be fully improved.
