Dongfeng Cummins Engine: Based on technology
Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. is located in Xiangfan, Hubei Province High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
It is a joint venture modern diesel engine manufacturing company built by Dongfeng Motor Co. and Cummins Co.
As the largest outside joint venture, Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. establishes its priority at the first day. The "technology" is the top issue of the company.
Relying on the rich technical resources of the parent company, Dongfeng Cummins is located in high-end product, and to keep synchronization of technological standard with global criterion at all times.
Cummins B series production license was introduced which fills the blank of core technology in domestic diesel engine market about 20 years ago.
In order to adapt the Chinese auto application environment better, Dongfeng Cummins has been modified to accept the domestic market. "We have the basis for product development, which is based on the in-depth understanding to China's vehicle manufacturers and end-users." Dongfeng Cummins technician said that.
