The largest light truck and small truck manufacturer base will be established
(chinatrucks.com, Dec 31, 2010) The 2011 annual Chana supplier conference was hold in Chana on Dec 29th, 2010. It plans to establish Wanzhou to be the largest light truck and small truck manufacturer base at the end of “twelve five” period.
Production and sales volumes of Chana have surpassed 45,000 in 2010 under the strong promotion of Wanzhou base. The export volumes of Chana are 3,000, which has realized the target of “ two years will make another Chana span”.
The sales revenue of Chana will be doubled based on that of 2010 in 2011 in accordance with the development plan. It will surpass 200 Euros and will realize the first commercial vehicle manufacturer base with 100,000 commercial vehicles capacities. The production and sales volumes of Wanzhou base in 2012 are 65,000 CVs, and the sales revenue will be doubled and to reach 400 million Euros. Chana base will form the auto industry cluster with annual production and sales volumes of 200,000 CVs, and the revenue will reach 1200 million Euros by the end of “twelve five” period. Moreover, the production capacities of Wanzhou base are around 150,000, and it has become the largest light truck and small truck manufacturer base in South West area.
